Trustees - We do not currently hold property so we do not need to appoint trustees.
At present- Add up is a Voluntary Group and we have not yet gained full charity
status but we have recently applied for it. ~The nature of our work remains the same.
We have been carrying on our work since 1998 and since 2003 have
Operated Fundraisers with the pre-permission of the PSNI.
Dissolution- If the organisation decides to wind up in it’s current capacity, new core members will be found and the work continued, whether as a separate group or under the umbrella of another charity to which any remaining funds will be given. This will be dealt with by our group’s Solicitor if the time comes. |
